What do you want AI to do?
Describe your goal. We’ll turn it into a clear, ready-to-use prompt.
From a rough thought to a finished prompt.
- Say it your way. Describe what you want in plain words. A sentence is enough, and rough is fine.
- We add what your AI needs. Mint Prompts spells out the goal, context, limits, format and checks. Advanced asks about the gaps that matter first.
- Take it to your AI. Review the finished prompt, copy it, and paste it into the assistant you already use.
More of what matters. Less explaining it again.
Add files, notes, and references. Reuse project context and preferences. Return to earlier prompt versions.
Quick works from your brief. Advanced asks about consequential gaps. Deeper review checks conflicting requirements, weak assumptions, and important edge cases.
Four ways to start: Create a prompt, Improve a prompt, Continue a chat, or From an answer. From an answer: Paste an AI answer you liked and get a prompt that produces answers like it, with placeholders for your own details.
Copy your finished prompt into the AI tool you use.
The prompt is the difference.
- 17.7% → 78.7%: Correct answers on a maths benchmark after one line of instruction was added. Same model, same questions. Kojima et al., NeurIPS 2022
- Up to 76 points: The accuracy gap between different ways of formatting the same prompt, measured on one open model. Sclar et al., ICLR 2024
- 27% fewer errors: A general-purpose model steered by a carefully built prompt, against the best specialist models on a medical exam benchmark. Nori et al., Microsoft, 2023
Independent, published research on prompting in general. These studies did not test Mint Prompts, and results vary by model and task.
Take your prompt to the AI you already use
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Cursor, Any capable AI assistant. Your finished prompt is plain text, so it works in these and in any other capable assistant.
Good to know before you start.
What does Mint Prompts actually do?
It turns a rough idea into a complete, ready-to-use prompt. You review it, copy it and paste it into your own AI tool. Mint Prompts writes the instructions; your AI does the work.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Your finished prompt is plain text, so it works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Codex, Cursor and any other capable assistant. You can say where you will use it when you create your prompt.
Can I try it without an account or a card?
Yes. Type your goal at the top of this page: you can create 2 free Quick prompts with no account and no card. A free account gives you 10 Quick prompts and an Advanced prompt every week, and sharing feedback or inviting friends earns more.
What is the difference between Quick and Advanced?
Quick works from what you write and gives you a prompt straight away. Advanced asks a few questions about the gaps that would change the result, then shapes the prompt around your answers. A free account includes one Advanced prompt a week, and Plus and Pro include it with every prompt.
What do Plus and Pro add?
Plus is for everyday AI work: more prompts, Advanced, and saved projects so you stop repeating yourself. Pro adds a deeper review that catches conflicting instructions, weak assumptions and the edge cases that matter.
Can I cancel?
Any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Within 7 days of your first payment you can ask for a refund of the part you have not used.
What happens to what I type?
It is used to create your prompt, and the relevant parts are sent to our AI provider for that purpose. Saved prompts and projects stay until you delete them.
Just type what comes to mind.
Mint Prompts will organize your thoughts into a clear, concise prompt.
